I used the site to order lunch from my local Jason’s Deli and it was actually really straightforward. Found the location fast, picked what I wanted, and checkout didn’t drag on forever, which I appreciated. Everything worked fine, no drama at all. Kind of shockingly normal for an online order, but hey, I’ll take it...

"Curbside was okay, but a little slow"
I ordered curbside through jasonsdeli, and overall it was fine, just not anything special. The food was still warm, which I appreciated, but I ended up waiting about 15 minutes after checking in. The staff member who brought it out was friendly, so I don’t think it was a service attitude issue, it just felt like the pickup process could be a bit more efficient. I’d probably order again, but I’d give myself extra time.

"Felt like a really fair lunch deal"
I grabbed lunch here and felt good about what I got for the price. The portions were generous enough that I didn’t feel shorted at all, and that always makes the meal feel more worth it to me. Nothing fancy to complain about, just a solid lunch that left me satisfied.

"I don’t know, it just never seems to…"
I don’t know, it just never seems to be the same twice. One time it’s fine, the next it’s totally different, and that gets frustrating after a while. I wanted to like it, but... yeah, kind of disappointing.

"Pretty happy with this turkey sandwich"
I was in one of those moods where a good sandwich could totally turn my day around, and this turkey sandwich did the job. The bread was soft, the turkey tasted fresh, and they were generous with the toppings, which I loved. I do wish it had a little more sauce because I’m kind of a sauce person, but overall it was a solid, satisfying sandwich. I’d definitely order it again.

I was happy with it. There were lots of fresh options, and everything just felt good quality overall. I had a quick question for support too, and they basically said something like, “No worries, we’ll help you sort it out,” which made the whole experience feel easy and friendly

"Pretty fresh overall"
It tasted fresh enough overall, but a few of the toppings looked kind of tired, like they’d been sitting out a bit. I still ate it and it was fine, just... I don’t know, I expected it to look a little better.

I ordered from Jason’s Deli it was okay. The sandwich was fresh and tasted fine, so at first I was like, alright, not bad. But then I tried the soup and suddenly I was way less impressed because it was kind of bland. Overall it wasn’t terrible or anything, but for the price, I definitely expected it to be better

"Decent Food, But Cleanliness Was Lacking"
The food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. The bigger issue was the place itself, the tables were sticky, there were crumbs on the seats, and the bathroom definitely needed some attention. I mean, who wants to sit down to eat and feel like the table hasn’t really been cleaned? It wasn’t the worst experience, but would I rush back to eat in there? Probably not.

"Hot, fresh, and definitely worth ordering again"
I ordered from Jason’s Deli and was pleased with how everything turned out. The food was still nice and hot when it arrived, and the soup was actually warm enough to eat right away, which isn’t always the case with delivery. The sandwich tasted fresh too. Overall, I had no complaints and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Convenient, but I’m Usually Waiting Around"
This Jason’s Deli is in a really convenient spot, right next to stores I’m already running errands at, and parking usually isn’t a hassle. That’s the main reason I end up going. The food is fine, nothing I’d complain about, but nothing I’m really excited to go back for either. Service depends on the day, and sometimes it feels like things take longer than they should, which gets old fast when you’re just trying to grab something quick. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars because the location is the best thing it has going for it.

"They fixed the mistake, but I was still a little uneasy"
I ordered through jasonsdeli.com and mentioned my dairy allergy in the notes, but my food still arrived with cheese on it. I called the staff and they were helpful about getting it fixed, which I appreciated. That said, it made me a bit nervous about ordering again since allergies are something I have to be really careful with

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. They greeted me right away, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and just had a genuinely nice attitude the whole time. It made the experience feel easy and comfortable...

"On-time and easy catering"
I ordered catering from Jason’s Deli for a lunch meeting, and the driver showed up right when we had scheduled, which was the thing I was most stressed about, if that makes sense. They got the food set up quickly and everything we ordered was there. I’m giving 4 stars because the boxed drinks were a little warm, but overall the timing and service were really solid.

Okay, I don’t know what kind of magic they’re doing back there, but my food came out way faster than I expected. Like, I had barely settled in and suddenly my order was ready. Not complaining at all, just surprised in the best way.

"Handled the pickup issue well"
I had a little problem with my pickup order at Jason’s Deli, but the manager took care of it quickly and was polite about the whole thing. The food ended up being good, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. if they handle mistakes like that, I’d assume their service is usually solid. 4 stars from me.
